Community Data Profiles
We built these templates to support the exploration phase of NH MTSS-B, when a team needs a shared picture of its own context before deciding what to implement. Each template sets local indicators against a comparison (e.g., school to district; district to community-level) across demographics and economic conditions, discipline and safety, student well-being, and youth risk behavior.
Any program doing a readiness or needs assessment can swap in its own indicators – the template design is not specific to MTSS-B. Seeing a local number next to a state or district figure is usually what gets a team talking about where they stand. And while many programs already have this information somewhere, it tends to be scattered. Forcing it onto one sheet is what makes a group look at and discuss it together.
